Damián reste pudique et inaccessible, décrivant simplement old songs 2014 comme une compilation de chansons composées pendant l'adolescence, terminées en 2021 et 2022 — en somme presque un pré-Sadness. Beaucoup de pistes instrumentales plaintives ("IIIIII", "loss") et un chant souvent discret, très calme, pas totalement juste et d'autant plus touchant ("just how much..."). Ashyall I really didn't expect this to be so affecting. Yes it's reflective of a different era of Sadness but there's a meandering raw melancholy strung throughout this that I really really like.

Thét Älëf continues to weave his totally idiosyncratic spell, glamouring you into a sonic world that does not sound like anyone else. A world of shadows and joy, of might and tiny shufflings, of lanterns in the dark, seeking and strange. Hard to pick a favorite track, but the quiet melody of the first, like a spider edging along a leaf or a fairy treading quietly in a moonlit marshland, gave me chills. pinkytheent
