Visual Complexity Incredibly depressing stuff. Sadness's debut album sets the tone for what's to come. I love the violent screaming and the beautiful acoustic passages, it makes it feel honest and real. I love everything about this band, and for this being the first album is just incredible! Favorite track: Suicide.

dins When you put your headphones and close your eyes while this albums plays, everything turns black... If extreme sadness could have a soundtrack, this would definitely be it; and it's funny, because is so good that you just want to play it over and over again. Favorite track: Useless.

Shweyksin! So at first I had to get into this coming from hardcore punk and screamo. But the album expresses my inner depression that well, it's beatiful. In a good mood it will make you thoughtful, in a bad mood it will get you down. None of the less I love this work, the dense sound, the lamenting vocals, the chords. You have to expect though this to be an atmospheric album and therefore repitition to a certain extent. Favorite track: Sad.

It's tremendously difficult to breathe in the thick and gloomy atmosphere NONE creates in this release. It's adorned with riffs so delicious, yet so devastating. The tracks are repetitive, yet never once do they get mundane. Definitely worth the listen if you are into slower-paced DSBM, this is truly a masterpiece. ethan_t
